Customer Care

​Payment + Courier

Payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT) & YOCO Online

  • When selecting payment via EFT, you will receive payment details and instructions in your invoice via email

  • You can make an immediate online payment using YOCO OR Peach Payments at the check out. This is a fully safe, secure & efficient immediate online payment system based in South Africa

  • We also accept cash on collection 

  • Or electronic card payment on collection

Preparation of your order

  • All items ordered on the website are available to courier immediately unless otherwise stated

  • On rare occasions items listed on the website are not in stock, in this case I will make contact with you directly and either offer to make the item for you, orreplace it with something else or give you a refund

  • Please allow 2-5 working days for packing and sending off of your order for in stock items

  • Courier choice depending, your parcel can take 2-5 working days to arrive at it's destination, once your parcel has been sent off

  • Once your parcel is in the hands of your selected courier service, I am no longer liable for any damage or loss that your parcel may under go - Although I may attempt to assist where I can should such an incident occur - Please be informed of your selected courier service's insurance policy before hand

  • Once your parcel has been booked or dispatched, you will be supplied with a tracking number where relevant, which you can use to track the movement of your parcel

Courier Options

Collections = FREE 

You will be notified when your package is ready for collection, normally 2 - 5 days from when your order is placed. Collection can be made via appointment only. Arrangements can be made over Whats App. Please provide your name and order number when making any order related enquiries.

Local Delivery = R40

We can deliver your order personally within a 10km radius of Monument, Krugersdorp for R40

2-5 days delivery time

To PUDO Locker or Door = R65

You can select any PUDO locker location to have your parcel delivered to. Please provide your Pudo Locker location at the check out. If you do not provide your locker location, which you can find on their website HERE

Main Centers (The Courier Guy) = R90 

Your parcel will be delivered to you door for R90 but you must live within an area that is considered a Main City Centre to get this rate. If you fall outside of a main center, then additional courier costs may be incurred

Customer Care, Return & Exchange Policy

  • If there are any obvious production issues upon receiving your products MUST please be reported to me via Whats App ( 064 676 9040 ) or email ( janike@jannananna.com ) as soon as possible, to give me the opportunity to find a solution to the problem

  • If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason relating to quality of materials used, workmanship, fit etc. Please do not hesitate to contact me on email or whats app to discuss

  • Your feedback helps me to improve my products and customer service

  • Please take note that you are purchasing hand made items which are lovingly made in my home, while I have 2 young children running around on most days. Flaws may occur due to the nature of unique hand made products

  • I take pride in delivering products of very high quality, which are practical and beautifully made

  • By making payment of your invoice you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of purchasing products made by JannaNanna PTY (LTD) as laid out on this page
