Important information to take note of:

​Payment Packaging & Courier

  • At the moment our only payment option is via electronic funds transfer (EFT)

  • You will receive payment details and instructions in your invoice via email

  • All items ordered on the website are available to courier immediately unless otherwise stated

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for packing and sending off of your order for in stock items

  • Courier choice depending, your parcel can take 2-5 working days to arrive at it's destination

  • Once your parcel is in the hands of your selected courier service, I am no longer liable for any damage or loss that your parcel may under go - Although I may attempt to assist where I can should such an incident occur - Please be informed of your selected courier service's insurance policy before hand

  • Once your parcel has been booked or dispatched, you will be supplied with a tracking number where relevant, which you can use to track the movement of your parcel

Available Courier Options

Collections = FREE 

You will be notified when your package is ready for collection. Collection can be made on Tuesday & Thursday mornings 9am-3pm via appointment only

Local Delivery = R25

We can deliver your order within a 5km radius of Monument, Krugersdorp for R25

2-5 days delivery time

To Pudo Locker = R60 

You can select any Pudo locker location to have your parcel delivered to. Please provide your Pudo Locker location at the check out

Main Centres (TCG/Fastway) = R80 

Your parcel will be delivered to you door for R80 but you must live within an area that is considered a Main City Centre to get this rate. If you fall outside of a main centre, then additional courier costs may be incurred

Postnet to Postnet = R110 

For those outside of main centres and who do not have access to a Pudo Locker. Please provide your Postnet Delivery address and details at the check out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Customer Care, Return & Exchange Policy

  • If there are any obvious production issues upon receiving your products MUST please be reported to me via whats app (0664199458) or email (janike@jannananna.com) as soon as possible, to give me the opportunity to find a solution to the problem

  • If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason relating to quality of materials used, workmanship, fit etc. Please do not hesitate to contact me on email or whats app to discuss

  • Your feedback helps me to improve my products and customer service

  • Please take note that you are purchasing hand made items which are lovingly made in my home, while I have 2 young children running around most days. Flaws may occur due to the nature of unique hand made products

  • I take pride in delivering products of very high quality, which are practical and beautiful

  • By making payment of your invoice you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of purchasing products made by JannaNanna PTY (LTD) as laid out on this page
